Air-Conditioning Control Panel
The Air-Conditioning Control Panel is a compact and reliable solution designed to power and control marine HVAC systems in demanding shipboard environments. Built to ensure stable operation and efficient cooling performance, the panel serves as the central control point for the vessel’s air-conditioning plant.
Operating on a 400–440 VAC three-phase power supply, the panel distributes power and manages key HVAC equipment, including 19 kW refrigeration compressors, 3 kW chilled water pumps, and 3 kW indoor air-handling units (AHUs). At the core of the system is Bitzer-powered compressor control, featuring load–unload logic that allows the compressors to automatically adjust capacity based on cooling demand. This ensures efficient operation while maintaining consistent onboard temperature control.
Despite its powerful functionality, the panel features a compact footprint of 800 mm (H) × 600 mm (W) × 300 mm (D), making it ideal for space-restricted vessels where equipment room is limited.
